New TSS slipper clutch for CBR600RR is here. Simply better than previous CBR clutches in all aspects.

THE code: 16723

- This model replaces both current models 16703 as well as 16713 „ Corsa“

- The top equipment: slipper clutch + H-D TSS springs + full clutch plates pack, code 16723CCC

- Bit lower: slipper clutch + H-D TSS springs + steel plates set, code 16723CC

- Bit lower: slipper clutch + H-D TSS springs ( highly recomended springs ), code 16723C

- The base: slipper clutch code 16723 .

THE aplication: all CBR600RR from 2003 till 2024. Model years from 2022 minimum is 17623CC or 16723CCC set!

More performance: we are using one pair of friction + steel plate more to compare OEM bike. This allows more engine torque possible, but also less heating during session. Even with combination with heavy duty TSS clutch springs.

More lightweight: the full 16723CCC set is 200+ !!! grams lighter than previous 16703 set, despite more clutch plates. It is weight, but also rotary weight, and also gyro effect

More durability: more clutch plates means also their more durability, more heat absorbtion etc.

More options:

yes – the 23523CCC version is best solution, so delivered clutch set is checked for having accurate clutch plates pack thickness, correct squish, for very fair price.

But – if the customers prefer to use OEM parts, the friction plates can be replaced by Honda parts : 2cs. 22201-MAE-000 on edges , plus 7pcs. 22201-MFJ-D00 in the middle of pack. But for advantage of 9 friction plates, you need the steeel plates set. The clutch set cod eis 16723CC

If – someone really things, that 8 pcs. of friction plates are enough for him, the set 16723C with H-D TSS springs is recomended.

16723 – is code just for clutch set. But according to our experiences, some customers using clutch spring quite old and not in the best condition, the is lots of craps between aftermarket suppliers etc. Using correct clutch springs prevents problems.
